(PIC) How Am I Supposed To Believe That Palestinians Live A Terrible Life?

If I am supposed to believe that Palestinians live a terrible life, then these pictures confuse me as it reminds me of the same life we have in Israel - Surely a place that is starving, dying, war ridden, destroyed etc would not have something like these pics show - If a picture speaks a thousand words then what exactly am I supposed to believe... These pictures SCREAM a thousands words more to me than any others I usually get to see..
