"The dual-headed Palestinian regime in Ramallah (Fatah) and in Gaza (Hamas) has totally rejected Israeli Foreign Minister Lieberman’s proposal to recruit the European Union to build power stations to supply electricity, desalination stations, and sewage treatment plants for Gaza.
