The historic activation of the Iranian nuclear reactor in Bushehr on Saturday was indeed an important move forward in the Islamic Republic's nuclear program, and theoretically the facility could be helpful in Tehran's efforts to attain a nuclear weapon, but experts believe it will not be able to do so.
