Borough Park, NY - In keeping with what has become an annual tradition, thousands of children have participated this afternoon in a Yom Tefilah for the health of sick Jews in Israel and the United States.
At 1:30 in the afternoon, children from the various neighborhoods of Flatbush and Borough Park arrived at the Bobov beis medrash on 48th Street in Borough Park. The event began with Mincha, followed with the recitation of Tehillim and a special prayer for the sick among am Yisrael. The moving scene is repeated every year, organized by the Misaskim organization and brings anyone who witnesses it to tears.
May Hashem send a 'refuah shleimah' to all the sick, protect us all, May we all be sealed in the Book of Life, and Hashem bring Moshiach speedily in our days.
