(NEWS) IDF Soldier Lightly Hurt In Gaza Incident

"Force opens fire at two Palestinian who apparently planted bomb near security fence; soldier sustains shrapnel injury in explosion.

After a month of relative calm along Israel's border with Gaza, IDF soldiers opened fire Monday evening at two Palestinians who were apparently planted a bomb in the area. At least one of the Palestinians was hit.

While soldiers were combing the area, an explosion went off near the security fence. One soldier sustained mild shrapnel injuries as a result. It remains unknown who was behind the blast."
