"The international al-Qaeda terrorist organization has started a new English-language magazine, called 'Inspire,' possibly with the intent to recruit American-born and UK terrorists.
The new magazine is now posted on the Internet. However, only three or four pages of its 67-page tome actually made it up to the Islamist sites that posted the publication, according to the SITE Intelligence Group that monitors jihadist web sites."
