"Orna Hozman-Bechor, Director-General of Israel’s Regional Development Ministry, toured Samaria’s communities on Tuesday and took a close look at the security centers that are meant to provide rescue and assistance to residents of the area, Jews and Arabs alike.
They operate in the communities of Beit Aryeh, Elkana, and Kedumim. She also visited the security center which is run by the Shomron (Samaria) Regional Council and operates in Machane Horon. These centers are usually the first ones to provide assistance in any life threatening emergencies in the region of Samaria."
