"In a final briefing before the Israeli parliament's Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, military intelligence chief Major General Amos Yadlin warned Tuesday that Iran has enough uranium to create a nuclear bomb and may create a second one if it gets more radioactive material.
Yadlin stated that Iran already had commenced work on two new nuclear installations. He noted there are an estimated 3,000 to 4,000 centrifuges busy enriching uranium to levels of 20 percent. Once levels reach 90 percent, military use of the material will commence, he said.
Like the West, Yadlin does not believe Iran’s nuclear program is solely for civilian electrification. He warned that Iran had been busy buying advanced Russian self-propelled air defense missiles with long-range optical and targeting ranges that would encumber the Israeli Air Force warplanes' freedom of action in an emergency.
He added that Iran was arming Hezbollah, which is growing stronger in Lebanon, and that transfer of advanced weapons to Syria would soon make their way to the Hezbollah who may then proceed to attack Israel." (source)
