This is a clear fabrication of the truth and a typical media spin tactic, personally I think that news agencies that do these types of things should be shut down by use of a points system, kind of like your drivers license points system...

Why should they be able to spin whatever story they want and then deal with the issue after the damage is done?, by then it is too late and most people already have that in their minds...
