An anti-Semitic inscription was engraved on the grave of Irena Sendler, a Polish woman who saved 2,500 Jewish children from the Warsaw Ghetto, public Polish television TVP announced Wednesday.
According to television images, the words 'Jews out' were sprayed on the grave in a Warsaw cemetery."
