My Opinion
Iran's bark is 100 times louder than its bite, what kind of excuse is this coming from the country that "fears nobody" and will wipe Israel out of existence etc etc...
They will build Nuclear facilities when they are being told not to, they have now been sanctioned and yet they are afraid to send a small flotilla due to "political, military, and security circumstances in the region"... This is not the reason why they are afraid, they are afraid because they are not as powerful as they claim to be and they know that if they do decide to come, it will surely end up with some declaration of war and they are certainly not ready for this type of war yet, going up against not only Israel but the US and UK and any perhaps now Saudi Arabia as they share mutual interests in not allowing Iran to become a Nuclear Super Power...
It appears they are doing the smart thing for the first time in a long time...
